Overview
Property protection
Property protection is the core discipline of the security trade – and the one where differences between providers show most clearly. Not in whether somebody is on site, but in what that somebody does, records and reports.
We protect your property, your events and your facilities. Our security staff ensure your site is properly protected – as continuous presence, as a patrol service with fixed check times, or as night and weekend cover when your operation is closed.
Situation and risks
What actually puts sites at risk is rarely dramatic:
- Opportunity. The unlocked side door, the tilted ground-floor window, the key in the fuse box.
- Weeks of observation. Offenders study routines before they act. A rigid check rhythm is an invitation.
- False alarms. A system that triggers without cause too often eventually gets ignored – by staff too.
- Vandalism and criminal damage. Usually at night, at weekends and during shutdowns.
- Missing evidence. After a loss the insurer asks for documentation. Without it, you carry the loss.
Our approach
We start with a site walk: access points, building envelope, lighting, locking system, existing technology, critical areas. From this comes a set of duty instructions defining what is checked, at what rhythm, and what to do on each finding.
Our staff patrol at varying times and on varying routes – predictable checks are ineffective. Every round is documented: time, route, findings. You receive that documentation, not just an invoice.
Where technology sensibly supports staffing we say so – and where it cannot replace people, we say that too. See security systems and surveillance.

Why Secure Concept
Why Secure Concept
The difference is in the documentation. A patrol log containing only "nothing to report" is worthless – to you and to your insurer. Ours records what was checked and what was noticed, including small things that later turn into something.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
With static guarding a security officer is permanently stationed at your site. With a patrol service one officer visits several sites and carries out rounds at varying times. Patrol is considerably cheaper but offers no continuous presence. Which fits depends on the protection required and the value at risk – we clarify that during the site visit.
What happens is agreed in writing beforehand. Typically an officer attends the site, establishes the cause and reports to the contact you have nominated. If a break-in or offence is found, the police are called. You then receive documentation with time, finding and action taken. What matters is that this reporting chain exists before the first alarm, not after.
