Not every requirement fits a standard category. Moving sensitive documents, a tense staffing situation, a property between uses, a handover under difficult circumstances – tasks like these need analysis first and a concept second.

Our approach
We start by listening and walking the site – not with a quote. The analysis covers three levels: structural (access, locking, lighting, sight lines), technical (existing systems and their actual benefit) and organisational (rules, responsibilities, key management, reporting routes). Most gaps sit on the third level and can be closed without investment.
You receive a concept with clear priorities: what to do now, what in the medium term, what is unnecessary. If that leads to a contract, good. If not, the analysis is still yours.

The first conversation and an initial assessment are free of charge. A detailed risk and vulnerability analysis with a written concept is a service in its own right and is agreed in advance. If you then commission us to implement it, we credit the analysis. What applies in your case we tell you before the appointment, not after.
