From enquiry to secured site
Five steps. Each one produces something concrete you can hold.
Initial conversation
You describe the situation; we ask the questions that determine the effort involved: area, hours, access points, specific risks. Free and without obligation.
Site visit
We inspect the property. Weak points reveal themselves on site, not over the phone. The result is a written assessment.
Security concept
You receive a concept with a site plan, post descriptions, patrol routes and reporting chains – traceable and open to review.
Quotation
A fixed price based on the concept, broken down by hours, personnel and qualification. No hidden items.
Deployment and reporting
The agreed personnel take up duty. You receive shift reports and a named contact for the entire term.

What clients ask before commissioning us
We have two locations: Magdeburg (Halberstädter Str. 129) and Wetter an der Ruhr (Wilhelmstr. 17). From there we serve Saxony-Anhalt as well as the western Ruhr area and the Ennepe-Ruhr district. For events and projects we also work beyond these regions – just ask.
We respond to enquiries by form or phone as quickly as possible. To produce a reliable quote we need four things: the site or occasion, the location, the period, and the scope you have in mind. For more complex tasks we suggest a site visit first – that is the basis for a quote that does not need renegotiating later.
There is no honest flat answer. The price depends on the qualification of the staff deployed, the duration, the time of day, the number of posts and whether technology is used alongside. A night post on a construction site is calculated differently from a reception service during office hours. We quote transparently and show any surcharges separately.
The security industry in Germany is regulated under § 34a of the Trade Regulation Act. Our staff are deployed according to the credentials required for the task in question; for the specific people assigned to your contract we provide the documentation on request. Continuous training is part of how we work.
We operate around the clock, including weekends and public holidays. Short-notice requests – after a break-in, after water damage, or when an event is extended – are best made by phone. In those cases call us directly rather than using the form.
Yes. Alongside the eight clearly defined services we develop custom security concepts for requirements that do not fit a standard category. Describe the situation and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right partner.
